Who this covers
Blinkdots is operated by BLINKDOTS SOFTWARE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company in India (“we”). This policy covers blinkdots.com and the Blinkdots product at the app.
The website does not require an account. The product does, for people who work at the agency. Clients, signers, and binder viewers do not get an account.
The website
If you book a demo, Cal.com collects the details you enter so we can meet. If you email admin@blinkdots.com, we keep that message long enough to reply. We do not sell that correspondence.
The host keeps ordinary logs: IP address, browser, and pages requested, so the site stays up. We do not run advertising pixels on this domain.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics on blinkdots.com and in the product to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google receives no analytics cookies from us.
Your choice is kept in your browser. You can change it any time from Cookie settings in the website footer, or from your account menu in the product. Sign-in cookies in the product are needed for it to work and are not used for analytics.
The account
When someone creates a workspace we store the name, email, and, if they use Google, the basic profile Google sends. The first person in is the owner.
Billing goes through Stripe. We store the studio, the plan, and the seat count. We do not store card numbers.
What the agency puts in
The studio enters its own work: clients, contacts, proposals, statements of work, projects, time, expenses, rates, invoices, and signatures. That information belongs to the studio. We host it so the product can run.
A client who signs a link or opens a binder is identified by that link or PIN. They do not create a login.
Ask AI and the voice line
Ask AI reads the studio’s own records to draft an answer. A draft, a sign link, or an invoice email waits until an owner hits Approve. The text of that request is sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce the draft.
The voice line is inbound. Each call starts with the studio’s name, the fact that the voice is automated, and the fact that the call may be recorded. Transcripts are stored on that studio. The voice worker asks Blinkdots what to say. It does not hold a copy of the database.
Clients never pay Blinkdots, and they never pay inside a call.
Who else handles it
We use a short list of processors to run the service: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, Stripe for payment, Resend for email, Google for sign-in, Ask AI, and analytics, LiveKit for the voice line, and the phone carrier that provides the number. Cal.com handles demo bookings on the website.
Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Outlook receive data only if the studio connects them.
How long, and your request
We keep product data while the studio has an account, and for a short period after it closes so a restore or an invoice dispute is possible. Hosting logs rotate on the host’s schedule.
We do not sell personal information. To ask for a copy or deletion of information you sent us, or of an account you own, write to admin@blinkdots.com. If you are a client of an agency, ask that agency. They decide what is in their workspace.
