Terms of service

These terms are between you and BLINKDOTS SOFTWARE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, a company in India (“we”). They cover blinkdots.com and the Blinkdots product. By using the site, creating a workspace, or calling a studio line we operate, you agree to them.

The website describes the product. It is not a contract to buy a seat until a workspace is created and, after the trial, billed.

A member is a person who can log in, including a contractor. The first person in a workspace is the owner. Owners approve what leaves the studio: drafts, sign links, and invoice emails.

Clients, signers, and binder viewers are not members. They get a link or a PIN. They do not get a seat, and they do not pay Blinkdots.

The studio keeps ownership of the clients, paper, time, and money it enters. You give Blinkdots permission to host, display, and process that material so the product can run, including sending it to the processors named in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for having the right to store your clients’ information, and for what your members type into the workspace.

Voice is an optional add-on. It answers inbound calls. It says it is automated, and that the call may be recorded, before it talks about a project or a price.

The studio is responsible for use of its number. Do not use the line for unlawful calls, fraud, or to impersonate someone else. We may suspend a line that is used that way.

The published price is on the pricing page: $9 per member per month, billed annually, or $12 month to month, for a studio of 5. Voice is $15 per studio per month, billed annually, or $19 month to month. A larger studio can ask for a different price.

The trial is 14 days. Voice is not in the trial. Payment is collected by Stripe. You can close the workspace by writing to us. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Do not break into the service, probe it, overload it, or use it to send mail or place calls the recipient did not ask for. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to store.

Ask AI drafts. It does not send. An owner still has to approve.

The site and the product are provided as available. We will try to keep them up. We are not liable for lost profits, lost client work, or what a caller does on a studio number, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Copy, marks, and the product name belong to BLINKDOTS SOFTWARE LABS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or their respective owners. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the product after that is acceptance of the new terms. Questions go to admin@blinkdots.com.
