The estimate went stale in a text.
Oct 24, 2026
A campaign has an estimate, a producer, and a client with four approvers. The change to the spot is a message.
Estimates that go stale
The estimate was a :30 and two revisions. The client wants a :15, a cutdown, and a new end card. Production books the time. The estimate file does not change.
The invoice is whatever finance can still defend. Production cost and the fee are reconstructed from inboxes.
Approvers on the account
The account holds the people who can say yes. The job holds the estimate, the rounds, and the expenses. A change order names the new cut and the fee. One of them signs it on a link.
Nothing goes to the client until an owner hits Approve. Drafters prepare. Owners send.
When they ask where the cut is
Campaign weeks fill the inbox with status questions. A known contact who calls hears their own job. They do not get a portal login they will use twice.
An unknown caller hears sayable services and the published price. They do not hear another account’s campaign, a cost, or a margin.
Seats and the voice line are on the pricing page. Clients are not seats. Book a demo to see the job on one record.
Questions
- Can several client approvers sign without seats?
- Yes. Signers are not members. They accept a change order on a link. The account still lists who they are.
- How do production expenses meet the estimate?
- Expenses hang off the same job as the estimate and the signed changes. The invoice is drafted from signed lines, billable time, and those expenses.
- Does the voice line talk about a campaign in progress?
- A registered contact hears their own projects. The public line hears only the services you mark sayable, and the published price. It does not dial out.
